We're only human and as a teenager we are obviously going to get spots whether that is frequently or rarely. I only ever seem to have a couple of days where I am spot free but I do as much as I can to try and keep them at bay. Here's what I do:
1) WASH FACE TWICE A DAY
Once on a morning and once on a night is just right and something everyone should do to clear away the dirt on your skin. Dirty skin = spots.
2) WITCH HAZEL
This is literally my holy grail! My older cousin told me to start using it when I first started getting my spots. It is very similar to a toner (of which I still sometimes use before hand) but it contains only natural ingredients and really helps to calm spots that are irritated or hurting. Also it sometimes can bring out your spot and give it a head which makes your spots more managable, rather than just a random lump on your cheek.
3) SUDOCREAM
This is the best hack ever! This is another thing my older cousin told me to start doing and it honestly works wonders! It's antiseptic too which means it really cleanses your skin. However, in some areas of my skin I can get quite oily so instead of putting it on over night, I put it on a few hours before bed, let it do its magic and wipe it off so I don't get oily and it causes more issues.
4) FACE MASKS
This is something I've only just started doing but it gives my skin some love and is really easy! Most places sell these so they're easy to grab and there is a variety of them that focus on different things. I love my one from Lush which is 'Mask of Magnaminty'.
5) MOISTURISE!!!
If you're going to use all of these things on your skin then you need to keep it fresh and soft which is exactly what moisturiser does!

I hope this was helpful for you!!

SUGGESTIONS
Hello!
I was wondering if you could all give me a hand? I'm really stuck on what blog posts you would like writing - hence the little amount of posts. If you could please leave suggestions for posts in the comments that would be the best, it can be anything.
Thank you all if you help

You're Never Fully Dressed Without A Smile
Hi Everyone!
October is finally upon us! One less month until Christmas *screams excitedly*. However, today I didn't want to talk about festivities, I want to address a subject that effects us all, life. I have wanted to talk about this for a while now but I've never really had the right words to say but I saw Zoella and Sprinkle Of Glitter's video about sadness (link here) and it's given me the inspiration I needed to write this post.
Life can be extremely difficult, especially if you are facing a new challenge e.g. a new school, a new family member, difficulty in friendships or at home. Sometimes, these challenges can get us down and feel like there is no way out. However, there is always light at the end of the tunnel, no matter what you think and how bad the situation may seem.
Personally I go through times where I don't feel myself but I don't seem to know the source of my problem. Most of the time, situations of sadness can be solved easily, but sometimes it can lead to things such as depression or anxiety, therefore if the feeling of sadness continues over a long period of time or repeats regularly you must talk to a parent, carer, teacher, therapist etc. and I can't stress this enough. It is better to talk things out that keep it all to yourself. Even if you're not ready to talk to anyone about your problems face to face you could make a list of what is making you unhappy and what makes you happy.
If you are going through a difficult time right now, I promise you it gets better and that there is away out of this unhappy part of your life. Don't forget that if you ever need help or anyone to talk to feel free to contact me somehow (link to contact page here), I'm always here.
Stay strong.
I love you
